1lbGround Beef 80/20
1pieceParmesan Cheese-Shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mustard to taste
Mayo to taste
4eachCroissants for bun-sliced in half
Instructions
Heat a flat skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Do not oil.
Separate the ground beef into 2-ounce sections.
Mold each section into your Perfect Patty Shaperz Crush Burger mold. If you don't have a mold, just roll into a loose ball.
Salt and pepper each section.
Place 4 of the balls or sections onto your pan for just a few seconds. Turn and crush flat. By placing the sections onto your pan then turning keeps your spatula from sticking to the meat.
Cook until you see pink to clear juices coming up through the meat - approximately 3-4 minutes. Turn and complete the cooking process.
Place 2 crush burgers onto the croissant and top with shredded cheese and add your condiments. Enjoy!

Step By Step Instructions - Crush Burger™ Croissant
Take your ground beef and separate into each of the 3 crush burger molds. If you don’t have a shaper, taking 2 ounces of meat and rolling it into a loose ball will work just fine.
Add your pucks to your flat skillet and “crush” with a flat spatula.
Season the first side with salt and pepper. Let it rain down on those great burgers. Cook on the first side for about 3 minutes. Watch for the pink/clear juices coming through the meat. Then turn.
Be sure to season the second side with salt and pepper.
Add your shredded parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice. Allow to melt. You may want to try a cheese melting dome to help concentrate the melting process.
Stack your burgers and add to your croissant bun for your double-stack crush burger.
Add your mustard and mayo or any of your favorite condiments. Add additional toppings like onion and lettuce, to your taste.
