The Perfect Patty Shaperz™ original round burger press comes in two sizes – a quarter pound mold ring and a half pound mold ring. The burger sizes can also be changed according to the amount of ground meat that is put into each mold.
The base of the press is the same no matter what mold you use. The plunger for the round molds can be used with both sizes of burger mold.
On the base and the plunger portions of the Perfect Patty Shaperz™ hamburger press are spikes called Cubers. When the meat is pressed, the Cubers create special holes that allow heat to flow through the meat at an even temperature so the burger is cooked evenly and thoroughly. Because of the Cubers inside the press it aligns the fibers so when it cooks it doesn’t lose its shape.
The base has the Cubers on one side and is smooth on the other. You would use the smooth side of the base when making the quarter pound, or smaller, burgers as it is thinner and the cubering is only needed on one side.
All of the mold parts are made of HDPE food grade material and are dishwasher safe for easy clean up!
