This mold is wonderful for making those great Crush Burgers™ that everyone loves because sometimes you just want a thinner burger with that outside crust, but still have the juiciness factor!
With this press you can make 3 pucks at a time and they make approximately 2.5 ounce burgers. You can always add a bit more meat, if you want to. You don’t have to use the base with this mold as you will be crushing the burgers while cooking.
The meat comes out of the molds very easily, so you can make several in no time.
Then add them to a griddle or flat skillet and “crush” for that great thinner burger. We recommend stacking at least 2 at a time with cheese for a double crush!
The mold is made of HDPE food-grade material and are dishwasher safe for each clean up!
