Step By Step Instructions - Garlic and Onion Burger
Prepare sauce ahead of time as shown in the recipe. Butter a flat skillet and add your burger buns to toast.
Take your ground beef and place it into the Perfect Patty Shaperz round mold. You can also form 4 ounce patty with your hands. Be sure to not overwork the beef.
Place the burger on a flat skillet and season the first side with salt and pepper. You can also season both sides of your burgers prior to putting on the pan. Be sure to season the second side after turning the burger.
Add your onions to the pan and season with salt and pepper. You can always sauté the onions in a separate. We just did it this way in the video to keep things together.
As the onions are cooking, baste the burger with your Worcestershire sauce. Be generous!!
When the burger and onions are done, remove from the pan and place the burger on the bun! Then top with the onions.
